Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shengpuhuang Decoction combined with Xiexin Decoc-tion in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods A total of 96 DR Patients admitted to the Department of Oph-thalmology of Zhucheng People's Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.Accord-ing to the envelope method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leciin iodine,and the observation group was treated with Shengpuhuang de-coction and Xiexin decoction.The hemodynamics(retina),visual acuity indexes and drug safety were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The retinal hemodynamics of the two groups were improved after 2 weeks of interven-tion.The central retinal vein and resistance index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The peak systolic velocity,end-diastolic volume and mean velocity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The visual acuity of the two groups was improved after 2 weeks of intervention.The best Corrected Visual Acuity,retinal thickness,oscillatorypotentials and fundus hemorrhage area in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shengpuhuang Decoction and Xiexin Decoction can improve the hemodynamics and visual acuity of DR Patients,and the drug safety is high,worthy of popularization and application.
