Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive treatment on pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 82 pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to Shoun-ing County Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were numbered and divided into control group and observation group according to the randomized alphabetical method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive therapy.The changes of blood glucose levels before and after intervention and the outcomes of new-borns in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the blood glucose level in both groups was signifi-cantly improved,and the blood glucose level in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of pregnant women with gestational diabetes with comprehensive treatment program can help change the neonatal outcome and help pregnant women control blood sugar during pregnancy.
