Objective To analyze the relevant therapeutic measures of oral ulcer in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 106 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with oral ulcers in Feixian County Tanyi Central Hospital of from Sep-tember 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into comparison group and in-vestigation group according to double-blind method,with 53 cases in each group.Both groups received oral ulcers treatment,including drug hypoglycemic treatment in comparison group and insulin hypoglycemic treatment in investi-gation group.Blood glucose,treatment efficiency,complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose indexes of both groups were decreased,and the investigation group was lower than the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of the investigation group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the investigation group was lower than that in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate at one month and three months follow-were were lower in the investigation group than those in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Both blood glucose control and oral ulcer focus treatment effect is good,can prevent the re-currence of oral ulcer,less complications,and can stabilize blood glucose,more suitable for diabetic oral ulcer pa-tients.
