摘要

目的 探究在2型糖尿病诊断中应用血清C肽及糖化血红蛋白、血糖和血清联合检验的效果.方法 收集2021年1月—2022年6月厦门大学附属第一医院的60例2型糖尿病患者为观察组,60例健康人群作为对照组,对两组受试者均进行血清和血糖检测,比较两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、血清C肽水平,并分析血糖和血清联合检验的诊断效能.结果 观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HbA1c、血清C肽水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).联合检测的灵敏度和特异度高于单独检测.结论 血糖和血清联合检验的敏感性和特异性较高,可用于2型糖尿病诊断.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of serum C-peptide,glycated hemoglobin,blood glucose and serum com-bined test in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes in the First Affiliated Hospi-tal of Xiamen University from January 2021 to June 2022 were collected as the observation group and 60 healthy people were collected as the control group.Serum and blood glucose detection were performed in both groups.The lev-els of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and serum C-peptide were compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic efficacy of combined blood glucose and serum tests were analyzed.Results Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c and serum C-peptide levels in obser-vation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were higher than that of single detection.Conclusion The combined blood glucose and serum test has high sensitivity and specificity and can be used in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.
