Objective To study the clinical value of urinary microalbumin and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in early diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods The clincial data of 220 patients with early stage diabetic nephropathy and 220 healthy physical examination subjects admitted to Zhijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into low, medium and high patients:60 cases in low value group(urine microalbumin within 30 mg/24 h),70 cases in median group(urine microalbumin within 30 to 200 mg/24 h),and 90 cases in high value group(urine microalbumin above 200 mg/24 h).The glycosyl-ated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin levels of the three groups were observed.Urinary microalbumin and glyco-sylated hemoglobin were detected in all subjects and the results were observed. Results Urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio and glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetic nephropathy patients were higher than those in healthy sub-jects,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).In the patients of the observation group, the level of urinary microhemoglobin also increased, which was a positive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion The analysis of urinary microalbumin and HBA1c levels in early diabetic nephropathy patients is helpful to provide more valuable treatment methods for patients.
