Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of insulin aspartate and insulin deteminate on pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 120 patients with gestational diabetes were di-agnosed in Xinghua Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from October 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the re-search objects, and they were grouped by random number table method. The control group(n=60)received insulin as-partate alone, and the observation group(n=60)received insulin aspartate combined with insulin deteminate.Blood glucose was measured before and after treatment in the two groups, and the control effect was compared.Pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes of the two groups were observed and recorded, and the total incidence of adverse out-comes was compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the blood glu-cose test results of pregnant women with diabetes at admission(P<0.05).After treatment, fasting and 2-hour postpran-dial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin results of observation group were lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total probability of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as premature birth and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of gestational diabetes melli-tus,the combination of insulin aspartate and insulin deteminate can be used, which has better sugar control effect than single drug, effectively reduces the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and ensures the safety of mother and child.
