Objective To investigate the clinical effects of using perioperative nursing interventions in the care of pa-tients with combined diabetes mellitus in the operating room.Methods A total of 72 patients with diabetes mellitus who received surgical treatment in Linyi People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a comparison group using routine nursing intervention and a research group using perioperative high-quality nursing intervention according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Blood glucose index,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores and nurs-ing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose index,SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the comparison group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of periop-erative nursing intervention in the care of patients with combined diabetes mellitus in the operating room can improve the surgical results of patients.
