Objective To analyze the impact of implementing intensive dietary nursing in diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 100 diabetic nephropathy patients in the hemodialysis Department of Rizhao Central Hospital,Shandong Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into ref-erence group and intensive group according to lottery method, with 50 cases in each group. The reference group was normal diet care, and the intensive diet care group was intensive diet care. The blood glucose index, bad mood,nutri-tional status and compliance rate of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing, all blood glucose in-dexes in the intensive group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the intensive group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS2002)and nutritional risk screening 2002 between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing, the enhanced his-tone index was higher than that of the reference group, and the NRS2002 score was lower than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The compliance rate of the intensive group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive dietary nursing can control blood glucose, regulate nutritional level, improve renal function, enhance adherence rate, and can promote the recovery of diabetic nephropathy.
