Objective To analyze the effectiveness of exercise and diet intervention in multidisciplinary nursing of dia-betic peripheral neuropathy patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in Ganzhou District People's Hospital of Zhangye City,Gansu Province from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group and control group by lottery method,with 60 cases in each group.The study group was given exercise and diet intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing.The blood glucose control,self-life management,disease change score,quality of life score and pain score were com-pared between the two groups after nursing.Results The blood glucose level,pain score and condition change score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the scores of self-life management and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise and diet intervention in the multidisciplinary nursing of pa-tients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve the stability of blood glucose,control the progression of the dis-ease,and improve the quality of patients'life.
