摘要
目的 分析糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN)患者中医延续性护理配合中药熏洗的效果.方法 选取2021年6月—2022年12月徐州市中医院收治的80例DPN患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,两组治疗方式相同,常规护理的40例为对照组,中医延续性护理配合中药熏洗的40例为观察组.对比两组生活质量、心理痛苦评分及护理满意度.结果 干预后,观察组生存质量特异性量表(Dia-betes Specific Quality of Life,DSQL)、糖尿病痛苦量表(Diabetes Distress Scale,DDS)评分为(61.94±5.58)分、(24.78±3.79)分,较对照组的(68.59±5.42)分、(32.15±4.25)分均更低,差异有统计学意义(t=5.407、8.186,P均<0.05).观察组护理总满意度为97.50%,较对照组(80.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.507,P<0.05).结论 予以DPN患者中医延续性护理配合中药熏洗可改善患者生活质量,减轻其心理痛苦程度,获得患者认可.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine continuous nursing with traditional Chi-nese medicine(TCM)fumigation in diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients.Methods 80 DPN patients admit-ted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the two groups were included by random number table method.The treatment methods of the two groups were the same.The control group was 40 cases of routine nursing,and the observation group was 40 cases of TCM con-tinuous nursing combined with TCM fumigation.The quality of life,psychological pain score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Diabetes Specific Quality of Life(DSQL)and Diabetes Distress Scale(DDS)in the observation group were(61.94±5.58)points and(24.78±3.79)points,which were both lower than those in the control group(68.59±5.42)points and(32.15±4.25)points,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=5.407,8.186,both P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing of DPN patients with traditional Chinese medicine combined with tra-ditional Chinese medicine fumigation can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce their psychological pain,and gain the recognition of patients.
