Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of application of fundus laser combined with conbercept in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods 150 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy were ad-mitted to Qixia People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023,and all the patients were randomly divided into a single group(fundus laser)and a combined group(fundus laser combined with conbercept)of 75 cases each group ac-cording to the computerized sampling method.The treatment effect,surgical indexes,blood rheology indexes,macular thickness,visual acuity level,inflammatory factor level and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency and best corrected visual acuity level of patients in the combined group were higher than those in the single group,and the intraoperative and postoperative hemorrhage rate,macular thickness,time for the disappearance of fundus macular edema,and time for the disappearance of retinal neovascular-ization were lower than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion By adopting fundus laser combined with conbercept for treatment,it can effectively improve the therapeu-tic effect of the patients,improve the blood rheology index,macular thickness and inflammatory factor level,and re-duce the probability of adverse events.
