Objective Rapid health technology to evaluate the efficacy,safety and economy of Shenkang injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,to provide evidence-based evidence for clinical practice and decision makers.Methods Searches were conducted on PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase and CNKI,VIP,WanFang,SinoMed and health technology assessment(HTA)websites,and the publication time of the search literature was set from January 1,2000 to May 31,2023.The relevant evidence-based evidence of Shenkang injection in the treatment of diabetes ne-phropathy were summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 8 articles were included,and the results showed that compared with conventional treatment,Shenkang Injection showed significant improvements in blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),urinary albumin excretion rates(UAER)and total effective rate,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The overall safety of Shenkang Injection is good,and its adverse reactions are mainly pain and redness at the injection site,but it does not have an advantage in terms of economy.Conclusion Shenkang injection has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,but its economy is not domi-nant.
