Diabetic foot disease is a common and serious type of chronic complication in diabetic patients,and the risk of ulcer increases with the prolongation of the disease course and the poor long-term glycemic control.Chronic or prolonged healing of ulcers in diabetic foot patients will increase the risk of a series of complications,and even lead to amputation.Therefore,it is very important to summarize the factors affecting ulcer healing.As for the treatment of dia-betic foot ulcer,Western medicine has been the main means,including closed negative pressure drainage and trans-verse tibial transport.However,under the background of the comprehensive revival of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine has also attracted the attention of the medical community.Therefore,after collecting related literature in the past five years,this paper summarized the factors affecting ulcer healing in diabetic foot patients and the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,in order to enrich the existing research system and provide guidance and help for clinical treatment.
