Objective To investigate the value of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction in control-ling type 2 diabetes.Methods 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Leling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected as study subjects,grouped by different treatment protocols,with the control group(30 cases)implementing western medicine treatment and the ob-servation group(30 cases)implementing chaishao liujun zi decoction combined with Banxia xiexin decoction treat-ment.Compared the clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,and TCM evidence points of the two groups.Results The to-tal effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose index level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM evidence points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaishao Liu-junzi decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction are effective in controlling type 2 diabetes,which can reduce fasting and postprandial blood glucose and improve the therapeutic effect.
