Objective To explore the correlation between the level of glycosylated hemoglobin and serum inflamma-tory markers and immunoglobulin in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 50 patients with type 2 diabetes who visited Fuzhou Second Hospital from January to September 2022 were selected as the study objects, and all of them were tested for glycated hemoglobin, inflammation indicators and immunoglobulin.According to the glycosylated hemoglo-bin levels, patients were divided into group A(glycosylated hemoglobin<7.5%,n=15),group B(glycosylated hemo-globin 7.5%~9.0%,n=20)and group C(glycosylated hemoglobin>9.0%,n=15).The results of all groups were com-pared,and Pearson coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between inflammation index, immunoglobulin and glycosylated hemoglobin level. Results The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in group C were significantly higher than those in group B and group A,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The level of immunoglobulin G(IgG)in group C was significantly lower than that in group B and group A,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and IgA in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,and the level of IgG was significantly lower than that in group A,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis shows that hs CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,IgA was positively cor-related with the level of glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetes patients,IgG was negatively correlated with the level of glycosylated hemoglobin(P<0.05),but the level of immunoglobulin M(IgM)was not correlated with the level of glyco-sylated hemoglobin(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus have abnormal hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,IgA and IgG,which are significantly correlated with the level of glycosylated hemoglobin. Therefore, for those with abnormal glycosylated hemoglobin,it is necessary to closely monitor the above inflammation and immunoglobulin in-dicators,so as to facilitate the early detection of abnormalities in patients and timely intervention.
