Objective To analyze the clinical test levels of blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin,albumin/creatinine ra-tio,and glomerular filtration rate in patients with diabetic nephropathy,so as to provide support for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 200 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to the laboratory department of Jiyang District People's Hospital of Jinan city from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group,200 diabetic patients admitted during the same period as a control group. The differences in blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin,protein/creatinine ratio, and glomerular filtration rate levels were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference between pretreatment and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose between the two groups(both P>0.05).The observation group of hemoglobin and urinary albumin/creatinine ra-tio were higher than the control group, and the glomerular filtration rate was lower than the control group, the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Glycosylated hemoglobin,albumin/creatinine ratio, and glomerular filtration rate are important indicators in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
