Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiangtang capsule on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 60 pregnant women with GDM who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Anxi County Hutou Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into routine group(30 cases of conventional therapy)and intervention group(30 cases of Shenqi Jiangtang capsule)according to the treat-ment method.Blood glucose index and TCM syndrome score index were compared between the two groups and the in-cidence of neonatal adverse outcomes after intervention.Results After intervention,TCM syndrome scores and blood glucose indexes in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the incidence of neona-tal adverse outcomes in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shenqi Jiangtang capsule during the treatment of GDM has a remarkable improvement effect.
