Effects of PDCA Cycle Nursing Combined with Incentive Intervention on Self-care Ability and Mental Resilience of Patients with Gastroesophageal Reflux and Type 2 Diabetes
Objective To explore the effects of circulation quality management nursing combined with incentive inter-vention on self-care ability and mental resilience of patients with gastroesophageal reflux and type 2 diabetes. Methods 92 patients with gastroesophageal reflux accompanied by type 2 diabetes admitted to Jiyang District People's Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the control group(adopting conventional care)and the observation group(carrying out the PDCA cycle of care com-bined with incentive-based intervention on the basis of conventional care)according to the method of random drawing, each of them with 46 cases.Compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results After the intervention, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale scores and Exercise of Self-Care Agency scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The blood glucose compli-ance rate and nursing care satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circular nursing combined with incentive intervention can improve the psychological resilience of patients, enhance self-care ability, and increase the blood glu-cose compliance rate and satisfaction.
