Objective To explore the nursing experience of real-time glucose monitoring in blood glucose manage-ment of diabetic patients. Methods The 184 patients with diabetes admitted to Jinhu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected, and they were divided into control group and obser-vation group according to intervention methods, with 92 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given real-time glucose monitoring on the basis of the control group. Both groups were continuously intervened for 7 d.The nursing satisfaction and the rate of blood glucose level reaching the standard were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group(94.57%)was higher than that of control group(83.70%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.610,P<0.05).The compliance rate of blood glucose level in observation group(83.70%)was higher than that in control group(70.65%),and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=4.443,P<0.05).Conclusion Real-time glucose monitoring was included in the care of diabetic patients to improve nursing satisfaction and the rate of blood glucose level reaching the standard.
