Objective To explore the intervention effect of high-quality nursing in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Blood Purification Center of Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and all received he-modialysis treatment.The patients were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases and an observation group of 30 cases using a coin tossing method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received high-quality care.The mental health level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of health survey summary form were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 100%,higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=5.822,P<0.05).Conclusion During the hemodialysis treatment of patients with diabetic ne-phropathy,auxiliary high-quality nursing intervention will correct their bad mentality and improve patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
