Objective To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing care on patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 106 pregnant patients with diabetes admitted to Wenshang County People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,according to the double-blind method,they were divided into gen-eral group and study group,53 cases each,the general group implemented general care,and the research group imple-mented quality care.Compared the two groups of bad mood,self-care ability,and compliance.Results After the appli-cation,the anxiety score of both groups was lower than before the application,and the study group was lower than the general group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the application of care,the self-care ability score of the two groups was higher than that before the application,and the study group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The care compliance in the study group was higher than that of the general group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can improve the self-care ability,improve the emotional problems of pregnancy patients with diabetes,and make them deeply understand the knowledge of gestational diabetes,so as to improve the self-care ability and nursing compliance.
