目的 研究分析老年糖尿病下肢深静脉血栓患者应用导管介入溶栓联合抗凝治疗的疗效.方法 选取2020年3月—2022年12月连江县医院收治的94例老年糖尿病下肢深静脉血栓(Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis,LEDVT)患者为研究对象,利用随机数字生成器随机分为研究组与对照组,各47例.对照组接受基础抗凝治疗,研究组在此基础上接受导管介入溶栓治疗.对比两组患者治疗后血栓溶解情况,静脉通畅率及消肿率和并发症发生率.结果 研究组血栓溶解情况、静脉通畅率及消肿率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 应用导管介入溶栓联合抗凝治疗能够进一步改善患者溶栓效果、静脉通畅率及消肿率,并且安全性也有一定的保障.
Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of catheter interventional thrombolysis combined with antico-agulation in elderly patients with diabetes and deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs.Methods 94 elderly diabetic lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LEDVT)patients admitted to Lianjiang County Hospital from March 2020 to December 2022 were divided into a study group and a control group using a random number generator,47 in each group.The control group received basic anticoagulation therapy,and the research group received catheter-based inter-ventional thrombolysis therapy on this basis.The thrombolysis,venous patency,swelling rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results The thrombolysis,venous patency and swelling rate of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of catheter-based interventional throm-bolysis combined with anticoagulation therapy can further improve the thrombolysis effect,venous patency rate and swelling reduction rate in patients,and the safety is also guaranteed to a certain extent.
