Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Xiezhuo prescription combined with conventional therapy on diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 60 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were di-vided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan + daglizin,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan + daglizin + Bushen Xiezhuo prescription.The treatment efficiency rate and the changes of blood glucose and renal function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treat-ment the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.043,P<0.05).After treatment,blood glucose related indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and renal function indexes were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic nephropa-thy,irbesartan + dagliazin + Bushen Xiezhuo prescription can improve various indicators of patients,and is conducive to rapid prognosis.
