Objective To analyze the detection results of inflammatory factors, folic acid(FA),and vitamin B-12(Vit B-12)in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods The clinical data of 60 gestational diabetes patients in Fuq-ing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 was retrospective selected as the observa-tion group, and the clinical data of 60 healthy pregnant women at the same time period was selected as the control group.Disease indicators(fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin),inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),tu-mor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),homocysteine(HCY)],FA and Vit B-12 were detected in both groups. The difference between the two groups was compared, and the clinical significance of the above indexes was analyzed. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin, serum CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and HCY in ob-servation group were higher than those in control group, and the levels of FA and Vit B-12 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The FA and Vit B-12 levels in high HCY subgroup were lower than those in low HCY subgroup, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between HCY and FA,Vit B-12 in gestational diabetes mellitus(r=-0.598,-0.617,both P<0.05).Conclusion After the onset of gestational diabetes mellitus, the levels of in-flammatory factors increased significantly, and the levels of FA and Vit B-12 decreased significantly, among which the increase of HCY level was significantly correlated with the decrease of FA and Vit B-12 levels.
