神经肌肉刺激器管理对糖尿病足溃疡患者创面愈合、疼痛度的影响

摘要
目的 探讨神经肌肉刺激器管理对糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合、疼痛度的影响.方法 选取桂林市人民医院于2020年8月—2023年3月收治的50例糖尿病足溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各25例.对照组常规按湿性愈合理念用新型敷料换药,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上使用神经肌肉刺激器Geko™.治疗 21 d后,比较两组患者的创面愈合情况、踝肱指数(Ankle Brachial Index,ABI)、疼痛状况和不良事件发生情况.结果 治疗结束时,两组创面容积均减少,且观察组的创面容积为(7.29±6.33)mL,低于对照组的(10.95±7.81)mL,观察组的创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组踝肱指数(Ankle Brachial Index,ABI)高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).所有患者均未发生不良事件.结论 神经肌肉刺激器对糖尿病足溃疡有促进溃疡创面愈合的临床效果.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of neuromuscular stimulator management on wound healing and pain degree of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods A total of 50 patients with diabetic foot ulcer treated in Guilin People's Hospi-tal from August 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was routinely changed with a new dressing according to the concept of wet healing,and the observation group was additionally treated with a neuromuscular stimulator Geko™.After 21 days of treatment,wound healing,Ankle Brachial Index(ABI),pain status,and the occurence of adverse events were compared between the two groups of patients.Results At the end of treatment,the wound volume was reduced in both groups and the wound volume in the observation group was(7.29±6.33)mL,which was lower than that in the control group(10.95±7.81)mL,the wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The Ankle Brachial Index(ABI)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Vi-sual Analogue Scale(VAS)was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There were no adverse events occurred in all patients.Conclusion Neuromuscular stimulator has the clinical effect of promoting ulcer wound healing in diabetic foot ulcer.
