Objective To investigate the related influencing factors of pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),and to provide evidence for early clinical intervention. Methods The clinical data of 100 GDM patients admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2020 were retro-spectively selected.According to the final pregnancy outcome, they were divided into adverse outcome group and nor-mal outcome group.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the independent risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcome of GDM.Results There were 25 adverse pregnancy outcomes(25.0%)and 75 normal pregnancy outcomes(75.0%).Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,pre-pregnancy BMI,OGTT and poor glycemic control during pregnancy were independent risk factors(OR=2.232,3.235,2.119,3.336,3.577).Conclusion Advanced age, overweight before pregnancy, abnormal OGTT indicators and poor gestational blood glucose control during pregnancy are directly related to the pregnancy outcome of GDM,and early identification and intervention should be carried out to improve the pregnancy outcome and pregnancy quality.
