个体化饮食指导在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的临床价值研究

摘要
目的 探究个体化饮食指导在妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational Diabetes Mellitus,GDM)治疗中的临床价值.方法 随机选取2021年6月—2023年6月于福建省泉州市第一医院接受治疗的85例GDM患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将分为参照组(常规治疗,n=43)、观察组(常规治疗联合个体化饮食指导,n=42).观察不同治疗方式的临床应用价值.结果 观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率(4.76%)低于参照组(18.60%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.922,P<0.05).观察组治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.581、2.700、3.003,P均<0.05).治疗后观察组营养风险筛查2002(Nutritional Risk Screening 2002,NRS2002)评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.562,P<0.05).结论 个体化饮食指导可改善GDM患者的妊娠结局、血糖水平以及营养状态.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of individualized dietary guidance in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 85 GDM patients who received treatment in Quanzhou First Hospital at Fujian Province from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into reference group(conventional treatment,n=43)and observation group(conventional treatment combined with individu-alized dietary guidance,n=42)according to random number table method.The clinical application value of different treatment methods were observed.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group(4.76%)was lower than that in the control group(18.60%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.922,P<0.05).The levels of fasting plasma glucose,2 hour postload plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c of observa-tion group were lower than those of reference group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(t= 2.581,2.700,3.003,all P<0.05).Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS2002)scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.562,P<0.05).Conclusion In-dividualized dietary guidance can improve pregnancy outcome,blood glucose level and nutritional status of GDM pa-tients.
