Application Effect of Individualized Diet Guidance Combined with Exer-cise Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Diabetes Complicated with Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized diet guidance combined with exercise therapy in patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 212 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from February to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 106 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine intervention,and the study group combined individualized diet guidance with exercise therapy.Blood glucose index,daily living ability and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the score of daily living ability was lower than that of the control group,and the score of life quality was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized diet guidance combined with exercise therapy can help diabetic patients with cerebral infarction reduce blood glucose level,improve daily living ability and quality of life.
