葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病患者的作用及对糖脂代谢、胰岛β细胞功能的影响

摘要
目的 研究糖尿病患者应用葛根芩连汤的效果.方法 选取2022年6月—2023年6月霞浦县中医院收治的60例2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes,T2DM)患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,对照组(30例)以二甲双胍治疗,研究组(30例)以二甲双胍与葛根芩连汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效.结果 治疗后研究组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1、超敏C反应蛋白、白介素-6水平及中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 葛根芩连汤能够有效改善患者糖脂代谢及胰岛β细胞功能,且安全性良好.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on diabetic patients.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)admitted to Xiapu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The con-trol group(30 cases)was treated with metformin,and the study group(30 cases)was treated with metformin and Gegen Qinlian Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,fasting blood glu-cose,glycated hemoglobin,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol,fasting insulin,insulin resistance in-dex,monocyte chemotactic protein-1,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 levels and TCM syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gegen Qinlian Decoction can effectively improve glucose and lipid metabolism and islet β cell function in patients with good safety.
