摘要
目的 探讨地特胰岛素+门冬胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月上海市第六人民医院福建医院收治的66例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,用抽签法随机分为对照组与研究组,每组33例.对照组胰岛素治疗方案为单纯门冬胰岛素,研究组胰岛素治疗方案为地特胰岛素+门冬胰岛素.对比两组血糖控制情况、血糖达标率、不良妊娠结局、低血糖发生率.结果 治疗前,两组血糖控制情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗3个月后,研究组血糖控制情况优于对照组,血糖达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后低血糖发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 地特胰岛素+门冬胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用有助于达到良好的血糖控制效果,促使血糖达标,改善妊娠结局,且不易引起低血糖问题,有较高的治疗安全性.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of insulin detemide and insulin aspartate in patients with gestational diabe-tes.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,66 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Fujian Hospital of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the study by drawing lots,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin aspartate alone,while the study group was treated with insulin detemide + insulin aspartate.Blood glucose control,blood glucose compliance rate,adverse pregnancy outcomes,incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose control between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,blood glucose control in the study group was better than that in the control group,the blood glucose compliance rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total rate of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant dif-ference in the incidence of hypoglycemia after insulin treatment between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin detemide + insulin aspartate in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus helps to achieve good blood glucose control effect,it can also promote blood glucose standards,improve pregnancy out-comes,and is not easy to cause hypoglycemia problems with high treatment safety.
