Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with diabetes and stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with brain stroke admitted to Wanggou Central Hospi-tal,Lanshan District,Linyi City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were di-vided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The con-trol group took routine nursing,the observation group took comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect,blood glucose index and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the health knowledge mastery,com-pliance and clinical indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the anxiety level,complication rate,blood glucose before and 2 h after meals were lower than those of the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing interven-tion can further improve the quality of clinical care for patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke,ensure that patients maintain good compliance behavior,improve blood glucose control effect,reduce complications,promote patients'physical recovery,and improve patients'quality of life.
