Objective To analyze the effect of quantified health education combined with routine health care during pregnancy on patients with gestational diabetes. Methods A total of 62 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus ad-mitted to Binhai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health care during pregnancy, and the observation group was given quantitative health education on the basis of the control group. The adverse mood and blood sugar levels were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the adverse mood score and blood glucose level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quantified health education combined with routine health care during preg-nancy in patients with gestational diabetes can actively alleviate their bad mood and control their blood glucose level, which is feasible.
