Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of nursing intervention on diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 80 patients were diagnosed with diabetes mellitus complicated with tuberculosis in Yinan County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from February 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of admission,the patients were numbered,odd-numbered patients were divided into control group(n=40)and adopted traditional nursing mode,while even-numbered patients were divided into study group(n=40)and adopted high-quality comprehensive nursing service.The blood glucose levels of the two groups were recorded,the quality of life of the patients after treatment was compared,and the psychological state and medica-tion compliance were observed.Results The quality of life score of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group at half a month of nursing and discharge.After nursing,blood glucose in the study group was more stable than that in the control group.The mean scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The medication compli-ance rate in the study group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(77.5%),and the difference was statis-tically significant(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with diabetes combined with tu-berculosis can keep the blood glucose of patients in a stable state,improve the quality of sleep and life of patients,less adverse reactions,and high patient satisfaction.
