基于延续护理的心理护理干预对2型糖尿病肥胖女性患者血糖控制、负性情绪及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 分析基于延续护理的心理护理干预对2型糖尿病肥胖女性患者血糖控制、负性情绪及生活质量的影响.方法 选择2021年10月—2023年10月山东省寿光市人民医院收治的146例2型糖尿病肥胖女性患者为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为参考组(n=73)和研究组(n=73).参考组开展常规护理干预,研究组开展基于延续护理的心理护理干预,比较两组患者的血糖指标、体脂率、血脂指标、情绪评分、生活质量评分和护理满意度.结果 研究组患者接受相关护理干预后,患者的血糖指标有所改善,且优于参考组,患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均有所下降,且低于参考组,生活质量评分和护理满意度均高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 基于延续护理的心理护理干预应用于2型糖尿病肥胖女性患者的效果确切,可显著改善患者的血糖,改善其负性情绪,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of psychological nursing intervention based on extended nursing on blood glucose control,negative emotion and quality of life in obese female patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of one hundred and forty-six obese female patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Shouguang People's Hospital of Shan-dong Province from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as study objects and divided into reference group(n= 73)and study group(n=73)by random number table method.The reference group carried out routine nursing interven-tion,and the study group carried out psychological nursing intervention based on extended nursing.The blood glucose index,body fat percentage,blood lipid index,mood score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After receiving the relevant nursing intervention,the blood glucose index of patients in the study group was improved and better than that of the reference group,and the anxiety score and depression score of patients were decreased and lower than that of the reference group.The quality of life score and nursing satis-faction were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention based on extended nursing has a definite effect on obese female pa-tients with type 2 diabetes,which can significantly improve their blood glucose,improve their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
