摘要
目的 探究心理干预联合人性化服务在糖尿病护理中的效果.方法 选取2022年3月—2023年4月山东省临沂市兰山区内分泌专科医院收治的90例2型糖尿病作为研究对象,经信封法分为两组,各45例.对照组行常规化服务,观察组行心理干预、人性化服务,对比两组患者的心理状态评分,自我效能感和满意度.结果 护理后,观察组心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组自我效能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对糖尿病患者实施心理干预、人性化服务效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with humanized service in diabetes care.Methods A total of 90 cases of type 2 diabetes admitted to Lanshan District Endocrine Special Hospital of Linyi City in Shandong Province from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by envelope method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine service,and the ob-servation group received psychological intervention and humanized service.Mental state scores,self-efficacy and sat-isfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After nursing,the psychological status score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological intervention and humanistic service on diabetes patients is remarkable.
