摘要
目的 探讨基于饮食干预的全局护理对糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响.方法 回顾性分析2021年12月—2022年12月普宁华侨医院内分泌科收治的100例糖尿病患者的临床资料,按护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组采用常规干预措施,观察组采用饮食干预的全局护理干预,比较护理前后两组血糖指标、生活质量评分和生活行为知识掌握程度.结果 观察组患者的血糖控制水平和生活质量均显著优于对照组,生活行为知识掌握程度比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 糖尿病患者采用基于饮食干预的全局护理干预,能更有效地改善患者的血糖指标和生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of global nursing based on dietary intervention on blood glucose con-trol in diabetic patients.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with diabetes admitted to the Endocrinology De-partment of Puning Overseas Chinese Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention measures,while the observation group was treated with global nursing intervention with diet intervention.Blood glucose index,quality of life score and mastery of life behav-ior knowledge were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results The blood glucose control level and life quality of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the mastery of life behavior knowledge was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Global nursing intervention based on diet intervention can improve blood glucose index and quality of life of patients with diabetes more effectively.
