摘要
目的 探讨在糖尿病肾病血液透析护理中应用个性化护理的价值以及对依从性、并发症的影响.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年6月黔西南州人民医院诊治的88例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者为研究对象,应用抽签法分为研究组、比较组,每组44例,分别给予个性化护理、常规护理,比较两组依从性、血糖指标、并发症.结果 研究组依从性高于比较组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,研究组各项血糖指标均优于比较组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组并发症总发生率低于比较组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中实施个性化护理,可以提高依从性,改善血糖水平,降低透析中、透析后并发症的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of applying personalized nursing in hemodialysis nursing of diabetic ne-phropathy and its influence on compliance and complications.Methods A total of 88 diabetic nephropathy hemodialy-sis patients diagnosed and treated in Qianxinan Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were se-lected as the study objects and divided into study group and comparison group by lottery method,with 44 cases in each group,respectively,and given personalized nursing and routine nursing.The compliance,blood glucose indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance of the study group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose in-dexes of the study group were better than those of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The total complication rate of study group was lower than that of comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized nursing in hemodialysis pa-tients with diabetic nephropathy can improve compliance,improve blood glucose level,and reduce the occurrence of complications during and after dialysis.
