Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing in diabetic foot infection risk.Methods A total of 80 diabetic foot patients with infection risk treated in Linyi Hedong Hospital from December 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the obser-vation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of nursing satisfaction,compliance behavior and self-care ability of patients in observa-tion group were higher than those in control group,the control effect of blood glucose level was better than that in con-trol group,and the incidence of infection was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adding comprehensive nursing intervention to the nursing care of patients with diabetic foot combined with infection risk can enhance patients'satisfaction with nursing and compliance behavior,improve pa-tients'self-care ability,reduce infection,and improve blood glucose control effect and quality of life.
