精细化护理模式在老年糖尿病足患者伤口护理中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 分析老年糖尿病足患者伤口护理中精细化护理模式的价值.方法 选取2022年9月—2023年9月临沂河东医院收治的96例老年糖尿病足患者为研究对象,按照奇偶数法分为常规组和精细组,各48例.常规组为常规伤口护理,精细组为精细化护理,对比两组血糖指标、心理状态、疼痛情况和满意率.结果 施护前两组血糖指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).施护后精细组的血糖指标低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).施护前两组焦虑、抑郁评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).施护后精细组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).精细组的轻度疼痛率高于常规组,中度、重度疼痛率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).精细组的满意率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 精细化护理可以促进老年糖尿病足患者的足部伤口愈合,控制血糖,减轻足部不适感.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of refined nursing mode in wound nursing of elderly diabetic foot patients.Methods 96 cases of elderly diabetic foot patients admitted to Linyi Hedong Hospital were selected as study subjects from September 2022 to September 2023,and were divided into conventional group and fine group according to odd-even number method,each with 48 cases.The routine group was conventional wound care and the fine group was re-fined care.The two groups'blood glucose index,psychological state,pain and satisfaction rate were compared.Results Comparison of blood glucose indicators between the two groups before the administration of care,the differ-ence was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The blood glucose index of the fine group was lower than that of the conventional group after the administration of care,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compari-son of anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before the administration of care,the differences were not statistically significant(both P>0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the fine group were lower than those of the conventional group after the administration of care,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The rate of mild pain in the fine group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the rate of moderate and severe pain was lower than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the fine group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined care can promote foot wound healing,control blood glucose,reduce foot dis-comfort.
