Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing in diabetic patients with hypertensive crisis.Methods A total of 64 diabetic patients with hypertensive crisis admitted to Huishan District People's Hospital of Wuxi City from April 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine nursing,and the observation group received humanized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The blood glucose levels,blood pressure values,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the blood pressure of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin at 12 weeks in control group after nursing were significantly higher than those in observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effective development of humanized nursing measures can significantly adjust the blood pressure value of patients,improve the level of various blood sugar indicators,but also significantly improve their bad mood,improve the quality of life of patients.
