目的 探究杞菊地黄汤加减联合西药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选取2021年5月—2023年10月诸城市人民医院的60例糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(30例)及研究组(30例),对照组给予西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加杞菊地黄汤加减,比较两组临床疗效.结果 研究组治疗总有效率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组血管生成素-1、血管内皮生长因子、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 糖尿病视网膜病变在西医常规治疗的基础上辅助杞菊地黄汤加减可提升疗效,控制新生血管,改善血流动力学,缓解视网膜病理损伤,安全性高.
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods 60 patients with diabetic retinopathy in Zhucheng People's Hospital from May 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given western medicine treatment,and the study group was supplemented with Qiju Dihuang Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,angiopoietin-1,vascular endothelial growth factor,plasma specific viscosity and fibrinogen indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the in-cidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment for diabetic retinopathy,Qiju Dihuang Decoction can improve the curative effect,control the neo-vascularization,improve the hemodynamics,and alleviate the pathological damage of retina.
