Research on Ear Point Sticking and Pressing in Perioperative Period of Pa-tients with Diabetes Foot Based on the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation

目的 探讨基于快速康复理念下耳穴贴压应用于糖尿病足患者围术期中的干预效果.方法 选取2022年11月—2023年10月于山东第一医科大学第二附属医院足踝外科接受手术治疗的90例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同分为观察组、对照组,每组45例.对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于快速康复理念下耳穴贴压,干预后对比两组患者的护理效果.结果 干预后,两组糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表(Quality of Life Scale for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,DMQLS)中的疾病维度、生理维度、心理维度、社会维度以及满意度维度评分较干预前均有改善,其中观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组自护能力中健康知识、自我概念、自护责任感、自护技能评分以及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在糖尿病足患者围术期实施基于快速康复理念下耳穴贴压,能够有效改善患者日常生活质量及自护能力,积极协助改善患者的临床症状.
Objective To explore the intervention effect of ear point sticking and pressing on diabetes foot patients in the perioperative period based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation.Methods 90 patients with diabetes foot who were treated by Department of Foot and Ankle Surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical Univer-sity from November 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing meth-ods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received ear point sticking and pressing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.After the intervention,the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of disease dimension,physiological dimen-sion,psychological dimension,social dimension and satisfaction dimension in Quality of Life Scale for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Melltus in two groups were improved compared with those before intervention,and the scores of ob-servation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of health knowledge,self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,and total score,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Ear point sticking and pressing based on the concept of rapid rehabilita-tion can effectively improve the quality of daily life and self-care ability of patients with diabetes foot during the peri-operative period,and actively help improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
