Objective To analyze the effect of the application of dapagliflozin combined with Bailing capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its influence on patients'renal function and glucose metabolism indexes.Methods A total of 102 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Jinxiang people's Hospital Affiliated to Jining Medi-cal College from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and refer-ence group by drawing lots,with 51 cases in each group.The reference group took daglipzin and the study group added bailing capsule.The clinical efficacy,renal function index and glucose metabolism level were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was 96.08%,higher than that of the reference group(82.35%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.993,P=0.025).After treatment,the renal func-tion indexes of the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The glucose metabolism level of the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of dapagliflozin combined with Bailing capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can improve the clinical efficacy,promote the recovery of renal function,and also improve the level of glucose metabolism.
