2型糖尿病合并阴道炎患者在临床治疗中应用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甘精胰岛素治疗的效果分析

摘要
目的 讨论2型糖尿病合并阴道炎患者在临床治疗中应用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甘精胰岛素治疗的效果分析.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年9月上海市第六人民医院福建医院收治的60例2型糖尿病合并阴道炎患者为研究对象,使用平衡序贯法分组,分为对照组与研究组,各30例.对照组实施阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊+二甲双胍方案,研究组实施阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊+二甲双胍+甘精胰岛素方案.两组患者共持续治疗1个月,比较血糖检测情况、血糖变异性情况、阴道分泌物检测情况.结果 治疗前,两组血糖检测情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,研究组的血糖水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前两组血糖变异性情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,研究组血糖变异性更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前两组阴道分泌物检测情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,研究组阴道pH值改善水平更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组乳酸杆菌检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.666,P=0.009).结论 2型糖尿病合并阴道炎患者在临床治疗中应用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甘精胰岛素治疗方案可实现平稳、明显、长效降糖效果,并能促使阴道内环境改变,加快病情缓解.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of vaginal Lactobacillus live capsule combined with insulin glargine in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with vaginitis.Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus com-bined with vaginitis admitted to Fujian Hospital of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and grouped into a control group and a study group of 30 cases each using the balanced sequential method.The control group was given Lactobacillus live capsule + metformin regimen,and the study group was given Lactobacillus live capsule + metformin + insulin glargine regimen.Two groups of patients were treated for 1 month,the blood glucose detection,blood glucose variability,and vaginal secretion detection were com-pared.Results Comparison of blood glucose detection situation between the two groups before treatment,and the dif-ference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,the study group has lower blood glucose level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of blood glucose vari-ability between the two groups before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treat-ment,compared with the control group,the study group had lower blood glucose variability,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of vaginal secretion detection between the two groups before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of improvement in vaginal pH was better in the study group compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Lactobacillus detection rate was higher in the study group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant difference(χ2=6.666,P=0.009).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with vaginitis,the application of vaginal Lactobacillus live capsule combined with insulin glargine can achieve a stable,obvious and long-term hypoglycemic effect,and can promote the change of vaginal envi-ronment and accelerate the remission of disease.
