摘要
目的 探究2型糖尿病合并感染患者的相关危险因素,并以此为依据研究预防措施.方法 回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年12月茂名市中医院内分泌科收治的60例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料.依照有无感染发生分为感染组(24例)与未感染组(36例),对患者的感染相关因素并进行Logistic回归分析.结果 多因素分析结果显示,年龄≥60岁、病程≥10年、住院时间≥60 d、血糖控制成效、侵入性操作是导致糖尿病患者发生感染的独立危险因素(P均<0.05).结论 对于2型糖尿病的患者而言,感染的发生涉及多种因素,临床医务工作者可结合实际制订对应的预防措施,从根本上降低感染的发生概率,保障患者良好预后.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with infec-tions,and to study the preventive measures based on this.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with type 2 diabe-tes admitted to the Endocrinology Department of Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.The patients were divided into infected group(24 cases)and un-infected group(36 cases)according to whether or not infection occurred.The infection-related factors of the patients were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results The results of multifactorial analysis showed that age≥60 years,disease duration≥10 years,hospitalization time≥60 d,effectiveness of blood glucose control,and invasive operation were the independent risk factors for the occurrence of infections in patients with diabetes mellitus(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the occurrence of infection involves a variety of factors,clinical medical workers can combine the actual development of corresponding preventive measures,to fundamentally reduce the prob-ability of infection,to protect the patients with a good prognosis.
