Objective To explore the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the screening of dia-betic patients.Methods A total of one hundred and twenty-five patients with suspected diabetes admitted to Ningde Normal College Affiliated Ningde Hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.Us-ing comprehensive diagnosis as the gold standard,the indexes of patients were analyzed.Results After comprehensive clinical diagnosis,122 of 125 suspected diabetic patients were diagnosed with diabetes.Chemiluminescence immuno-assay showed 119 diabetes patients.The sensitivity of chemiluminescence immunoassay was 99.18%,the specificity was 100.00%,and the accuracy was 99.20%,the kappa value was 0.853.Conclusion The application of chemilumi-nescence immunoassay in the screening of diabetic patients is helpful to lay a foundation for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic patients.
