Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)in early pregnancy for gestational dia-betes mellitus(GDM).Methods The clinical data of 75 pregnant women diagnosed with GDM in Sanming Second Hos-pital from January 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected(GDM group). The clinical data of 75 healthy preg-nant women who underwent prenatal examinations in the hospital as the same period were selected(the control group). The results of FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c detection in early pregnancy between two groups of research subjects were compared, and the diagnostic efficacy of FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c combined detection were analyzed. Results The early pregnancy levels of FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c indicators in the GDM group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity(94.67%),specificity(93.33%),and accuracy(94.67%)of the combined detection of FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c combined detection were higher than those of single indicator detection, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Early pregnancy FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c indicators have good combined diagnostic value for GDM.
