Effects of Dietary Nutrition Intervention Combined with Insulin Applica-tion at Different Gestational Weeks on Blood Glucose Level and Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Gestational Diabetes
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted insulin therapy on diabetes patients in different gestational weeks on the basis of dietary nutritional intervention. Methods A total of 112 patients with gestational diabetes admit-ted to Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from November 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into observation group(56 cases, gestational age≤32 weeks)and control group(56 cases, gestational age>32 weeks)according to different gestational weeks. Both groups received dietary nu-trition intervention combined with insulin treatment.Blood glucose level and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the blood glucose level and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the administration of>32 weeks of gestation, the insulin treatment of≤32 weeks of gestation can better regulate the blood glucose level and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, which is feasible.
