摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者达格列净治疗决策用药方案的构建及应用实践效果.方法 选取2022年3月—2023年4月福建医科大学附属漳州市医院外科收治的78例糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者为研究对象,按照摸球法采用1∶1分配原则,将患者分为观察组与对照组,各39例.对照组采用常规的用药模式,观察组采用治疗决策用药方案,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的血糖相关水平以及胰岛功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于治疗决策用药方案,对糖尿病抵抗患者增加达格列净药物的治疗效果较为显著,能够在一定程度上改善患者的血糖水平以及提高治疗效果,改善患者的胰岛功能以及减少不良反应的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of construction and application of dapagliflozin treatment decision-making drug scheme in diabetic insulin resistance patients.Methods A total of 78 diabetic patients with insulin resistance ad-mitted to the surgery department of Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the 1∶1 allocation principle of touch ball method,the pa-tients were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional medication pattern,and the observation group adopted the treatment decision-making plan.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose levels and pancreatic function of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the treat-ment decision-making scheme,the treatment effect of adding dapagliflozin to diabetes resistant patients is more sig-nificant,which can improve the blood glucose level and enhance the treatment effect of patients to a certain extent,im-prove the function of patients'islets and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
