摘要
目的 探讨阿卡波糖对行支气管肺泡灌洗糖尿病合并肺炎患者的临床效果.方法 选取2022年8月—2023年7月泉州市光前医院收治的80例糖尿病合并肺炎患者作为研究对象,根据抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例.两组患者均接受支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,其中对照组接受盐酸二甲双胍治疗,研究组接受阿卡波糖联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗.比较两组患者不良反应的发生情况与血糖水平,主要包括空腹血糖(Fasting Plasma Glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h Postprandial Plasma Glucose,2 hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(Glyco-sylated Hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c).结果 治疗前,两组FPG、2 hPG和HbA1c水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组血糖指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 行支气管肺泡灌洗的糖尿病合并肺炎患者除接受二甲双胍治疗基础上,增加阿卡波糖治疗,可使血糖水平得到有效控制,具有较高的安全性.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acarbose on patients recieved bronchoalveolar lavage with diabetes complicated with pneumonia.Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus combined with pneumonia admitted to Quanzhou Guangqian Hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases in each group according to the lottery method.Both groups received bronchoalveolar lavage,the control group received metformin hydrochloride treatment,the study group received acarbose combined with metformin hydrochloride treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions and the blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared,including fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c).Results Before treatment,there were no signifi-cant differences in FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c levels between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glu-cose levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In addition to metformin treatment,patients recieved bronchoalveolar la-vage with diabetes complicated with pneumonia can be treated with acarbose,which can effectively control the blood glucose level and has high safety.
